All orders placed before 2:30 p.m. EST will be
shipped the same day.
All orders placed after 2:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.
Return policy.
An
RA (Return Authorization) number must be received within seven (7) days from
receipt of order; merchandise must be received within seven (7) days after an
RA number is issued, for a full refund or exchange. Gift certificates can be
issued in place of exchanges. Any item(s) received after seven (7) days of issuance
of an RA number will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Please note this policy is non-negotiable!
We
know that choosing maternity clothes can be difficult, so please call our trained
customer service representatives at 866-4expect (866-439-7328); local/ international
phone: 216-464-9020, so that they can assist you in selecting the sizes and
styles that you desire.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear are non-refundable. Eveningwear can be exchanged
for merchandise or in store credit only! Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ALL CLEARANCE, SALE ITEMS, AND SPECIALLY MARKED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE!
All
items sent back for exchange or refund must have all hang tags attached; items
without tags will be sent back at customers exchange. Soiled or worn merchandise
will not be accepted.
Any
items designated as "Evening Wear" can be exchanged for in store credit or
merchandise exchange, ONLY. This does not apply to Clearance Items.
In-store credit will be issued after merchandise is received. In-store
credit is valid for 9 months of receipt and is not transferable.

Exchange policy.
Exchanges for evening wear and full priced items
will be accepted within seven (7) days from the date the order is received.
RA number must be issued, prior to the exchanges being made. Please note,
gift certificates or an in-store credit can be issued in place of exchanges.
Please fill out, in full, all the necessary information, as stated on the RA
form, so that we can process your request in a timely manner.

items are NOT refundable. Special order items maybe exchanged for in-store
credit only and at the discretion of Maternity-Clothing-Fashions.com.
Wedding gowns and special cut items are not
eligible for sales nor the 10% discount for orders over $150.

Return authorization
number.
All merchandise sent for exchange
or refund, must be accompanied by an RA (return authorization) number, issued
by Maternity Clothing and Fashion. An RA number can be obtained via e-mail
at ranumber@expectinginstyle.com.
The RA number must appear on outside
of the box and on the Return/Exchange form. Packages without an RA number
will be refused and sent back to the customer. Packages received after seven
(7) days of issuance of an RA number will be returned to the customer, at the
customer’s expense. Please note these policies are non-negotiable!
When returning an item(s) for either a refund or exchange, please complete
the Return/ Exchange form enclosed with your purchase. Be sure to include
the following information:
- Customer number
- Name on invoice or bill of sale
- Full mailing address
- Daytime phone number
- Copy of the original invoice
- Reason for return or exchange

Refunds.
- All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping charges are refunded only if the wrong item was sent or if the
item was defective.

Language.
ALL NON-PREVAILING CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES WILL RESULT IN A $35.00 CHARGE. “NON-PREVAILING” SHALL MEAN THAT THE CHARGEBACK/DISPUTE IS REVERSED BECAUSE OF A FINDING THAT THE ORIGINAL CHARGE WAS PROPER. CUSTOMER SHALL ALSO BE CHARGED $35.00 FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THIS AMOUNT IS A FAIR AND REASONABLE APPROXIMATION OF
EXPECTING IN STYLE’S OUT-OF-POCKET AND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH AN IMPROPER CHARGEBACK OR A RETURNED CHECK, AND NOT AS PENALTY.
